Cabify has launched ‘Cabify Club’, a loyalty program offering exclusive benefits to customers

Cabify, the Spanish mobility company, has launched “Cabify Club”, the company’s new loyalty program that seeks to encourage mobility by users, giving access to different benefits depending on the frequency of trips they make through the Cabify app.

The program includes three levels of loyalty (bronze, silver, gold), which will depend on the number of trips made during the past month, reaching silver when five trips are made and gold if eight trips are made.

Among the benefits of the ‘Cabify Club’ are the possibility of receiving priority when an available vehicle is found, as well as the possibility of accumulating credit after each trip, so the more you move, the more credit you accumulate depending on the level of the car program you belong to (Gold level provides a credit of 2% of the trip amount).

The program, available to individual users, will provide customers with exclusive benefits in Cabify and also in other businesses, which can be seen from the application itself, where clothing stores, travel or restaurants can be found, among other sectors.

When launched in Spain, Cabify Club will offer access to benefits with Kinépolis cinemas, VIPS and Ginos restaurants, the Fitness Park gym chain and more. In addition, the “Cabify Club” will allow other companies to offer their services and products to Cabify users.

Therefore, Cabify will seek to integrate new alliances with other brands or services that represent an additional benefit to the user and the collaborating company.
