Cabify’s GMV to triple in 2023 vs 2021 | Latest | Economy

Cabify reported that – compared to 2021 – in 2023 the GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) or also known as “Gross Merchandise Volume” has tripled in 2023, witnessing a 60% growth in the said volume.

He explained that this translates into a 60% increase in the number of active passengers and a 30% increase in drivers compared to the previous year.

The day with the highest demand from app users was December 15, due to the large influx of people going out to make their purchases before the end of year celebrations.

In addition, Cabify Empresas, the corporate service, saw a 32% increase in the number of trips made in 2023 compared to the previous year.
