In the cumbia heat, Sunday at El Prete was pure dancing

The thirty-seven degrees that the thermometer reached on Sunday afternoon brought a real crowd towards El Prete Beach, in search of the freshness of the river and the different attractions that this tourist sector of Posadas offers. One of these invitations again is the series “When the Sun Falls,” which takes place in front of the skate park.

On this occasion, DJ Roco Cid broke the ice and, thanks to an impeccable set, attracted the audience in the first hour, mostly children, since the program announced the performance of Títeres RecicloCirco, a show that combines artistic circus and urban recycling.

Led by the clown-puppeteer duo Guayaba Silvestre and Filipo Filipone, RecicloCirco put on a wonderful show, which included, in addition to laughter and songs, a profound message about the importance of caring for the environment.

“Today we were at the beach early, and now we brought the kids to enjoy the show, and us adults to dance a little cumbia to end the Sunday on a high note. I love these activities that include the whole family,” said Lorena, a neighbor from Itambi Gozo who was present with her family. .

As the sky darkened, the musical conclusion arrived with Diego Moura y Sus Forasteros, a group performing with great sincerity and feeling some of the group’s classics that are undoubtedly part of the great history of Argentine tropical music: Los Outsiders.

Versions of classic songs from the romantic side of cumbia have been added to the setlist, such as “Demasiadotarda”, made famous by Los Dinos.
