The new Director of Sustainable Business will be Mar Goel, a law graduate who holds a Master’s degree in Responsible Government and Sustainable Departmental Management. Güell has more than ten years of experience, including seven years as Head of Sustainability for the Danone Group in Spain. She is also co-founder of SME sustainability consultancy, Sustainability and Impact Lead at Russell Bedford, and now faces the direction of the sustainable business space.
The new Barcelona team will have the support of a multidisciplinary team in Madrid consisting of specialty portfolios ranging from climate change to the circular economy, biodiversity or social and relational capital. Through this diversity, it aims to be able to provide more quantitative and analytical insights.
